The room was lovely. It featured a nice, big television and a shower that was amazing! I enjoyed the breakfast, though the pillows were too soft. They did not support my neck very well.
I found the reception staff to be mediocre, lacking warmth. The overnight parking cost fifteen pounds, which I thought was expensive! The hotel is also quite far from the city center. A twenty-minute walk is necessary.

the receptionist. i also got a text on the app asking how my room is, it was thoughtful.
i found the air conditioning to not really work. it blows air, but it isn't cold when on its lowest setting. parking felt a little expensive too.

Solid Hotel Experience
polite staff safe premises excellent service
The front desk staff were consistently polite, even during busy periods. i always felt safe within the hotel premises. the restaurant was a highlight. Oscar and ciara provided really good service, remembering my preferences for food and drinks. the presentation and taste of the food was superb.
the air conditioning in my room did not function effectively. even on the lowest setting, it only blew out room temperature air. this would be a concern on a hot day, especially since the window only opens slightly

the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, you know. the room was large, and i thought the bed was really comfortable, honey. those little things, i guess.
the aircon it didnt work properly, dear. it just blew out room temperature air even when it was on its lowest setting. one of my towels, oh it was dirty when i arrived. honestly, that was a bit of a damper.

The check-in process was fast and the staff provided help (I really appreciated that). The location is advantageous with easy access to local attractions. I found the rooms to be very clean with good pillows and a comfortable bed. There was a TV in my room.
I noticed the hotel bar is a little expensive. there are plenty of other places within walking distance.

The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. Emily and Krista were superb, predicting what our family needed and providing service. They really stood out. The team also found a rugby match on TV for us to watch.

The restaurant offers delicious food that arrived very quickly (the cocktails are also great!). The food tasted very fresh, and the restaurant and bar area provides a pleasant experience. I highly recommend trying the dining options.
